We have 34 folks on our team preparing to go to Guatemala on Saturday morning. Our flights leave early! The first one goes out at 6:00am and the next at 7:20am. We will meet up in Atlanta and enter the country together on the same flight.
Here is a picture of the team that went last year to give you an idea of the countryside.
On the right is a picture from a dedication service of one of the houses that the team built. We are hoping to build 20 houses like that while we are there. Families receiving houses have typically been living in dwellings made of corn stalks tied together with a dirt floor.
Please pray for the team as we travel.
