DAY THREE in Guatemala

We started day with a delicious breakfast and left the mission house at 8:00 am.  We traveled to up the mountain to 8700 feet headed for Lake Atitlan.  We stopped at an overlook and took some terrific pictures of the lake which was surrounded by two magnificant volcanos. We meet a group of guys from Holland who were on vacation and had just come from New York and were headed to Belize.  Next stop for us was the Xtreme Zipline.  After walking up the moutain side trail, we zoomed down the side of the mountian on 8 different zip lines.  We at lunch at a terrific authentic Guatemalan resturant which was located overlooking Lake Atitlan and after a little shopping we headed home.
